Isn’t it something when we begin to operate in our power. Things become hard, rough, elongated, tough to finish and a lot of tension happens and sometimes we wonder why is it that way. Well, it’s that way because we are operating in our power.

God didn’t create us to do things on our own and operate on our own. He created us to depend on and focus on Him in everything that we do. We were not created to live in stress, fear and/or overwhelm, but created to take authority and have strength to overcome any obstacle we face.

“He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. [II Cor. 12:9.] Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted; But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. [Heb. 12:1-3.]”

Isaiah 40:29-31 AMPC

When you operate in His power, it’s an unspeakable wherewithal that overcomes you to keep going. A strong belief that I am able to finish with God’s help. A resolve that no matter what, God is giving me the will and to do of His great pleasure. To operate in His amazing strength.

If I am weak, the Bible says, “Let the weak say I am strong in the Lord.” We decree and declare that we are strong in the Lord and  in the power of His might. So when you feel like giving up, look to God who is Your source of power and strength. It may seem that you want to give it all away, but keep believing and keep pressing for His strength is made perfect in your weakness. His grace is sufficient enough.  When you have given all that you can, there is more through and in Him. If there are no words left to say, don’t say how you feel, say what the Word says – “I am strong in the Lord.”

Prayer:
Thank you Father that  Your grace is sufficient for me. For Your strength, Your limitless power is made perfect in my weakness. I thank you Father that I am strong in the Lord and in the power of Your might. I step back so I can put on Your strength. I release my actions and choose to depend completely on You. You are everything I need and I relinquish my will to take over. Not my will, but Your will be done today in my life in Jesus name, Amen.
