I may speak in different languages, whether human or even of angels. But if I don’t have love, I am only a noisy bell or a ringing cymbal. I may have the gift of prophecy, I may understand all secrets and know everything there is to know, and I may have faith so great that I can move mountains. But even with all this, if I don’t have love, I am nothing. I may give away everything I have to help others, and I may even give my body as an offering to be burned. But I gain nothing by doing all this if I don’t have love.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 ERV
One of the most wisest men in the Bible – Paul wrote,
“If I don’t have love, I am a noisy bell.
If I don’t have love, I am nothing.
If I don’t have love, I gain nothing.”
Isn’t it amazing how much God focuses on love. You know….the One who so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son. (Jn. 3:16) Jesus, who came that we may have life and have it more abundantly. (Jn. 10:10)
God’s love is unconditional! The fact that he will leave the 99, to come back for the one soul who needs Him.

What an amazing God we serve and know. He knows all our faults, failures and missed footsteps. He loves us to get us back in line and pushes us towards greatness. The path He designated us to follow as He is our Shepherd and Our Guide! He knows all of our bad thoughts, timing and temptations that we have to fight. He knows and yet His love covers us all.
We will never understand how much He loves but WE KNOW that through God’s love, we are able to walk in forgiveness. We are able to have no fear. We are able to fervently pursue after his heart like David. We are His own and we can dwell with the Most High. We are His people and He told us to love others as we love ourselves. We serve His kingdom and His righteousness and all will be added, to behold His beauty and be in His presence.
God’s love will never fail us and we should take time to dwell and abide with the One who created us to worship Him in Spirit and Truth.
His Love Celebrates Us!
His Love Corrects Us!
His love Covers Us!
I encourage you to have a heart after God. Take some time today, this week, this month, this year and everyday putting God first. Let His Love shower you. Let His Love Guide you.
