Hey ya’ll & Happy Tuesday!

Those of us who seem to be pulled every whicha way (yea I said it – “every whicha way) meaning everywhere at the same time… I am talking to you. Let’s talk about focusing on God.

God is not a god of confusion and/or fear, but He is a a God who gave us power, love and a healthy, sound mind.

So right now, I take authority and bind over any of these things:

Worry

Doubt

Fear

Too many voices

Oppression

Depression

Sickness

Disease

And right now, I speak the peace of God rules your heart and  surpasses all your understanding. Do you feel a little bit better? I hope so because faith is work and we plan to put your faith to work and focus.

This is the time to hone in into God’s presence and FOCUS directly on Him. We have so many distractions right now and it’s time to set aside “special heart filled” time with God and FOCUS ON HIM! When we put our ways aside and acknowledge him in all of our ways, He will direct our paths.

When you give Him the back seat, you realize things are hard and you are now operating in your strength and your power and realize, I can’t do this by myself. We weren’t created to do things by ourselves, but to give it to Him completely. We need to operate in His power and His strength.

So I submit to you, Proverbs 3:5-8

Trust the Lord completely, and don’t depend on your own knowledge. With every step you take, think about what he wants, and he will help you go the right way. Don’t trust in your own wisdom, but fear and respect the Lord and stay away from evil. If you do this, it will be like a refreshing drink and medicine for your body.”

Think about what God wants…..

Focusing on God puts Him first.

Relying on God builds your trust in Him.

Resting in God gives you peace.

Choose today to put all attention on Him and watch how He will direct your path.

Prayer:

I thank you Father that as I step back, the greater One in me can lead and guide me into all truth. Forgive me Father for taking things into my hands and I now release them back into Yours. Thank you Father, that you give me the peace that surpasses all of my understanding. Right now, I am acknowledging you in all of my ways and I believe you are directing my paths. In Jesus name, Amen.
